Important: Your journal is encrypted and private.

These terms apply to the service we provide, but your content remains encrypted at rest and under your control.

Welcome to Calmplot. By using our app, you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them simple and human-readable because we respect your time.

What Calmplot is

Calmplot is a personal journaling app with reflections. It’s designed to help you capture thoughts, spot patterns, and grow — not to provide medical advice, therapy, or crisis intervention.

If you’re in crisis: Please contact a mental health professional or crisis helpline. Calmplot is a journaling companion, not a substitute for professional care.

Age eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Calmplot.
  • If you are between 16 and 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
  • Calmplot is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

Your content belongs to you

  • You own everything you write in Calmplot.
  • We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
  • Your entries are not used to train public AI models.
  • You can export or delete your data at any time.

Account and access

  • You’re responsible for keeping your account secure.
  • One account per person, please.
  • Don’t use Calmplot for anything illegal or harmful.

Subscriptions

  • Free tier: 5 journal reflections per week, 5 minutes voice.
  • Premium features require an active subscription.
  • Cancel anytime. You keep access until the billing period ends.
  • Your journal entries are never deleted due to subscription status.

Limitations

Calmplot is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but:

  • We can’t guarantee 100% uptime or data recovery from all scenarios.
  • Reflections are for insight, not professional advice.
  • Regular exports are recommended as a backup.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We’ll notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
