What comes across from Day One?

The text, date and tags of each entry. Photos, location and weather are not imported.

Can Calmplot developers read my journal?

With an email and password account, no: your entries are encrypted with a key derived from your password. With Google or Apple sign-in, your entries are encrypted at rest.

Can I leave with everything?

Yes. Export a full backup, JSON, Markdown or plain text at any time, even on the free plan. Deleting your account deletes your entries.
