A journal that remembers what you wrote a month ago

Not a chatbot, and not a blank page. Calmplot brings back your own words when they matter again, and on Premium keeps track of the people and things you mention.

How it helps
Five weeks in
You, written

Had coffee with Sam. Felt lighter after than I have in weeks.

Calmplot

Sam comes up on your lighter days. You wrote something similar after you saw them in August.

In August you wrote
“Talking to Sam makes everything feel smaller.”

Sound familiar?

  • You’ve written the same worry three times and never noticed.
  • Chatbots reply to everything and remember nothing.
  • Your old entries sit there, unread.

How it helps

  1. 1

    Your own words, brought back

When an entry echoes an earlier one, the reflection shows you the line you wrote, with the month.

  2. 2

    The people in your weeks

It keeps track of the people and things you mention, so you can see where they come up. Part of Premium.

  3. A Calmplot weekly review: how the week felt, day by day
    3

    What it noticed

Each week, the patterns across your entries and one small next step. Part of Premium.

A short guide to a journal that connects the weeks

  1. 1

Write what happened, then one line on how it felt.

  2. 2

Use names. People are how connections form across entries.

  3. 3

Let the question sit. You don’t have to answer it.

  4. 4

Turn reflections off whenever you like, in Settings, Privacy & Trust.

Private, in plain words

  • Encrypted at rest

Your entries are stored encrypted with AES-256.

  • Not used to train AI

Reflections are opt-in, and the AI providers are asked not to keep your entries or train on them.

  • Yours to take or delete

Export to JSON, Markdown or plain text anytime, even on the free plan. Delete your account and your entries go with it.

Questions

How is this different from ChatGPT?

A chat thread isn’t a journal. Calmplot keeps your entries organized, encrypted and connected over months, and brings back your own words when something repeats. Your entries are never used to train AI models.

Will the AI act like a therapist?

No. It reflects what you wrote and asks a question you can use or ignore.

Can I turn the AI off?

Yes. AI features are opt-in and can be switched off at any time in Settings, Privacy & Trust.
